• Design Fees: Based on project complexity and square footage
• Construction Costs: Material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses
• Permit Fees: All necessary government approvals and permits

We provide detailed cost breakdowns and can work with different budget levels. All quotes include a 10-15% contingency for unexpected issues.
